As the Vice President of Human Resources (HR), you will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. With your expertise, you'll drive organizational success through effective talent management practices and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Partner with executive leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and enhance organizational effectiveness. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and driving accountability. Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance individual and team effectiveness. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and talent assessment methodologies. Implement talent management programs to drive employee engagement, development, and retention. Employee Relations: Establish and maintain positive employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving complex employee issues. Foster a culture of open communication and trust, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace environment. Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits. Learning and Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify training needs and opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. Diversity and Inclusion: Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Create a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Develop key metrics and dashboards to track HR performance and outcomes. You Are: Strategic Visionary: You possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to envision and execute innovative HR strategies that drive business growth and organizational success. Collaborative Leader: You excel at building and leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving alignment towards common goals and objectives. Analytical Guru: You are adept at analysing market data, trends, and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive effective HR strategies. Employee-Centric: You are deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. Inspirational Communicator: You are a compelling communicator, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner, inspiring others to action. Required skills, experience and qualifications: 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams. Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
