Senior Executive - Operations (Content Licensing), Digital Business

Sony Pictures Networks India is seeking an experienced Senior Executive - Operations (Content Licensing), Digital Business. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our fast-paced Syndication Business operations team. In this role, the incumbent will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of content to our syndication partners. He/she will leverage their experience in content operations or media to optimize workflows, manage partner relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the syndication business. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in content operations, media management, or a similar role.Essential Expertise: Basic knowledge of the Content syndication businessBasic knowledge of the Broadcast operations workflowsBasic Knowledge of the Content ecosystemBasic knowledge of the media industry Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize content delivery workflows for syndication partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Oversee content preparation and packaging according to partner specifications.Build and maintain strong relationships with syndication partners, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.Monitor and analyze syndication performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process optimizations.Troubleshoot issues and resolve any roadblocks that may arise during the syndication process.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content syndication.Generate reports and presentations to communicate syndication performance to stakeholders.May assist with onboarding new syndication partners.Critical Competencies: BehaviouralPlanning and organizingAccountabilityAttention to DetailPeople managementTechnicalProven track record of successfully managing and optimizing workflows.Excellent understanding of content syndication processes and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
