Should have experience in Supplier selection, Development and Management, Cost finalization and Cost Management.Responsibilities:· To identify and develop supplier base capable to produce and support Electrical & Electronics parts to support Battery Pack localization in India.· Responsible to send RFQ, Verification of quotes inline to RFQ requirements, Validate the cost elements and finalizing / negotiating the quotes meeting the affordable cost targets.· Responsible to ensure that cost is managed / maintained well within the Market fluctuation.· Work with Cross functional team to ensure that program deliverables are met in terms of cost, delivery and quality.· Develop and sustain long term relationships based on product requirements and technology roadmaps.Qualifications:· Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical or Electronics or ProductionOther Key Information / Soft Skills· Ability to work in dynamic requirement.. Should have 5+ years of experience in relevant field· Flexibility to travel· Strong analytical and data skills· Strong communication and presentation skills· Good team player· Financial acumen to understand supplier financials and analyse cost and budgets· Ability to drive towards solutions PRB
