Job Title: Copy EditorMBTV, a YouTube channel that produces real estate content, is seeking a skilled and experienced Copy Editor to join our team. As a Copy Editor, you will be responsible for editing and proofreading content for multiple projects with a multi-location team. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and editing skills in English, as well as good writing skills in Hindi and any other language will be a plus. Familiarity with the real estate market and business will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Edit and proofread scripts, subtitles / supers in videos, research reports, and other content related to real estate for accuracy, clarity, and coherenceCollaborate with anchors, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all content is consistent and meets the standards of the organizationEnsure that all content adheres to the organization's style guide and brand voiceManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with a multi-location teamRequirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 5-8 years of experience in copy editing and proofreading, preferably in a digital media or publishing environmentExcellent writing and editing skills in EnglishGood writing skills in Hindi and any other language will be a plusExperience working with video content production will be an added advantageAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsFamiliarity with the real estate market and business will be a plus.
