Operations and Marketplace Expansion Specialist

Having established ourselves in the US and Canada, we are now expanding into the EU region. Job Responsibilities:Order processing including the creation of a Bill of lading. Inventory management on all the sales platforms including recording daily deliveries and shipments along with inventory reconciliation. Identifying ways to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Manage the onboarding process for new marketplaces, including setting up accounts and ensuring compliance with marketplace requirements.Coordinate product launches on new marketplaces, optimizing content and managing inventory.Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and other regulatory requirements for each marketplace.Continuously optimize product listings and strategies to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance on each marketplace.Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and support for marketplace expansion initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with marketplace representatives and partners to drive growth and maximize opportunities. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace expansion strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace developments to identify new opportunities and best practices.Report and advise upper management on stock levels, issues, lean Six Sigma methodologies, etc. Audits, RCA, CAPA formulation and Implementation.Training and development of existing processes to improve business efficiency. Working knowledge of compliance requirements for E-Commerce marketplace movements. Requirements: Minimum of bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience as an Operation specialist / Expansion Specialist, or in a similar role 3+ years and more work experience in Inventory Management,Market Expansion, and Onboarding sellersMust have 3 years or more work experience in Handling an E-commerce Platform (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair) Should be willing to work in US shifts as well as per business requirements. SELLER CLOUD experience is preferred. Project management and leadership experience Strong people management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Job Location:Shanthi Nagar, Bangalore PRB
