Here's to the world ahead.Graebel is looking for a Manager who will be responsible for managing and leading a Client Financial Services team that receives, audits, disburses payment, invoices, and reports on relocation expenses on the behalf of worldwide clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Coordinates, manages and directs the departmental processes, activities and outcomes for Client Financial Services in area of competence. This includes but is not limited to, monitoring internal controls, adherence to established processes and performance metrics. Demonstrates and a clear understanding of the objectives, processes and issue resolution processes of the work area.· Manages departmental staffing in line with budgets and headcount targets. Includes maintaining current performance metrics and process performance measures. Ensures staffing is at optimal levels based on work volume and complexity. Ensure staff is properly trained, procedures are documented and available to staff. Ensures staff performance reviews are completed annually.· Leads overall department development by directing special projects, developing advanced processes and systems, works across all areas to CFS to ensure departmental success and proactively works with all Graebel departments to meet company goals and objectives.· Manages or assist with the resolution of escalations from Transferees, Clients, Client Development, operations and others to insure issues are resolved timely and completely. Uses escalations as appropriate for additional staff training or to improve processes.· Provides guidance/leadership to team, including the other manager(s) within the department. Acts as a point of contact for all internal stakeholders and external clients if senior leadership is unavailable. Attend Cross functional Client calls to provide overview on department.· Responsible for execution of special projects, cooperatively working with both internal and external partners to collaborate on strategic initiatives.· Develops goals and monitors internal reporting, ensuring goals are accurate and streamlines process improvements.· Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEEDUCATIONRequired: General educational background with high school completion.EXPERIENCERequired: 5 years related experience and/or training.MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCERequired: 5 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
