Lead Technical Product Owner

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Responsible for conducting sophisticated and detailed research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals intent of the assigned productsWork with business Product Owner and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on the business valueBuild deep level data understanding of the owned domains and perform necessary report and insight generation by executing SQL queries on data storages or by using Data Analysis tools.Work with technical teams to initiate and drive technical roadmap deliverables to completion.Elicit and create initial epics, features and elaborating into user scenarios that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirementsDeliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups, demos, etcDrive team excellence with proactive contributions towards continuous improvement.Collaborate with a multi-functional teams inside a Scrum frameworkConduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies.Perform testing, track bugs, enhancements and ensure issues are resolved before promoting to production environments.Successfully handle multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities.Query and analyze data to estimate future and measure current solution impact.Develop business logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools.Construct problem statements including problem description and improvement measures.Always anticipate the next question - Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause, business impact, and next steps.Supply guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope.Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.Develop and maintain internal customer relationships.What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):7-10 years of hands on experience in enterprise technology or airline organizationsKnowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and deliveryKnowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to productionExcellent skills in SQL query and ability to work with any Data Analysis Tools like PowerBI, Tableau.Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development projectStrong written, oral communication, and social skillsMust have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication and facilitation skills.Must be performing satisfactorily in present positionEmbraces Diverse people, thinking and stylesConsistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):Prior experience in working with complex enterprise Data and hands on experience with querying and analyzing dataAbility to analyze and visualize data towards identifying the root cause of a business problem, building essential metrics and performing trend analysisAbility to solve complex business problems starting all the way from business services planning to scheduling, production and dispatchHands on experience with SQLsSubject matter expert for your applications and take ownership for its development and performance.Solid Understanding of Agile / SDLC development methodologiesAirline business experience, as well as business process re-engineering and/or extensive experience working with agile teams, is desirable ATS
