About The Role:Leverage conceptual & visualization abilities to create Wireframes, Prototypes and Information Architecture incorporating best practices around UX Design, Interactive Design and Visual Design.Collaborate across functions (product, engineering, marketing) to help set roadmaps that will achieve business goals through designUnderstand and translate business and technical requirements into effective design solutionsDeliver high quality technical designs with high performance, scalability and flexibility across all businesses.Design and enhance wireframes, build interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams, and other UIUX design solutions for Desktop & Mobile products.Validate designs using a variety of user testing methodologiesSynthesize analytical data and share the results with stakeholders including team members; iterate designs rapidly based on learnings.Deliver design solutions within a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary team.Act in a creative, curious, and questioning capacity; be open to giving and receiving constructive criticism. Who should apply for this role?4 - 8 years of experience working with online / digital solutionsExcellent UI design portfolioDemonstrable experience creating Mobile & Desktop products, with the ability to create basic website designs, a minimum requirement.Manage the design of large and complex systems of interaction using a human-centered approach.Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually to internal and external stakeholders.Ability to hold design discussions, both within the team & with stakeholders, through design sprints and other creative routes PRB
