MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on Prime Home Loans. Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and market dynamics is essential.Key Competencies & Skills:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for Prime Home Loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends. Continuously assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology. Utilize customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to inform product features and pricing strategies.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products.
