Meaningfully expand into new verticals: Edutech, e-Commerce, Travel and Hospitality, BFSI, and Life SciencesExplore niche acquisitions in the U.SRole: Business Development Executive: Digital Engineering Services for US Market Reporting: Director, Inside Sales Digital Engineering and Senior Business Development Manager, Digital Engineering Sales (Based in Bengaluru)Location: Bengaluru; Brigade Tech Park Office Location; WFO M,Tu,W,Th, 4:30PM-1:30AM and WFH Friday 4:30PM-1:30AMResponsibilities:Responsible for selling one or more of the following Digital Engineering Services for the US and European Markets. Prospects and customers would belong to Software Companies and OEMs in one or more of the following verticals: Automotive, Logistics, Industrial, Energy, EdTech, e-commerce, Travel and Hospitality, SaaS companies, ISVsDigital Engineering Services: Cloud Services / Solutions, Application Development, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Mobile Apps Development, SREAI/ML/Data: Custom Analytics, Data Engineering, Governance and Pipelining, Data Lake Development and Re-Architecture, DataOps, MLOpsIoT: Platform Development Based On AWS, Azure etc., Platform Customization and Maintenance, SRE, DevSecOps, Customer Success EngineeringProspecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, , lead generation tools, and networking. Research: Create Business process documents about the prospects. Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce our IT services & solutions and build initial interest.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly leads quotas and targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Qualifications:Education: B.Tech / B.E In Engineering; additional MBA preferred Experience: 5-7 years of experience with Proven track record of success in inside sales. 3+ years' experience selling Digital Engineering Services to U.S. and European customers. Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in Digital Engineering Services (Must Have) Vertical Knowledge/Experience: Automotive, EV, Heavy Engineering, Industrial and Oil and Gas, EdTech, e-commerce, Travel and Hospitality, SaaS companies, ISVs (Nice to Have) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools. Self-motivated & goal oriented. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Knowledge of Digital Engineering services and outsourcing concepts is a plus.
