Our commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation sets us apart in the industry, making us the preferred partner for both clients and candidates alike.Position: Experienced Non-IT Bench Sales RecruiterLocation: Indore, IndiaWork Hours: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am ISTStart Date: ASAPResponsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent for non-IT positions within the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare.Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and requirements.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter in the non-IT sector, preferably within the life sciences industry.Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and goals.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools preferred.Benefits:Dinner service provided during working hours.Cab pick and drop facility for employees.Exciting incentive structure to reward top performers.Comprehensive employee insurance coverage.If you are a motivated and experienced bench sales recruiter looking to take your career to the next level in the exciting world of life sciences, we want to hear from you!Intellectt LLC is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
