This is a high visibility role where the individual will be able to make an impact on industry sector performance, growth & customer satisfactionJob DescriptionA self-driven and passionate individual to:Own the outcome of the projects within the person's portfolio in terms of cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.Own and build a strong delivery organization that has required technical depth, program management expertise and customer interfacing ability. This includes laying out a roadmap to build the skills and achieve the same through training, reskilling and hiring of resources, as needed.Drive necessary actions to ensure project metrics / KPIs are successfully accomplishedDrive effective change management processes on all projectsInterface with customers to understand their requirements and challenges and work with required stakeholders to drive growth of existing business.Play a key role in developing proposals, including estimation, schedule preparation, risk identification and assumptionsBased on the voice of the customer, proactively identify project risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate the sameKey KPIs for this role include revenue, profit margins, associate satisfaction and customer satisfactionRequired skills include:18+ years of Hands-on experience in system implementation projects, preferably in any one of the areas like ERP, GIS, OMS, SCADA, ADMS, etcExposure to latest trends like network / grid analytics, active network management systems, predictive analytics will be an added advantageStrong program management experience on projects involving complex system implementation and integration programs, custom application development and managed services.Candidates with exposure to Utilities (Electric/ Water/Gas), Communications, geo-spatial information will be preferredProven experience in managing large teams and multiple projectsVery good oral and written communication skillsStrong collaborator and go-getter with a high level of ownershipShould be able to work across different time zones (Early morning or late evening with global teams)Be able to travel on short notice for project discussions, team interactions, as needed PRB
