The recruiting coordinator will work amongst our team to help submit quality candidates to current job openings, coordinate interviews, walk candidates into the building, and help manage the overall personnel operations including: HR, headcount, sourcing, etc.Day to Day Responsibilities:The Recruiting Coordinator will be dedicated to supporting one of our top clients located in Chennai. Within your portfolio you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, submitting of candidates into the accounts' respective hiring portal and assisting with the coordination of interviews. You will be responsible for submitting profiles daily to your portfolio to ensure our key deliverables are met in terms of providing quality candidates to our customers.Qualifications:-3+ year(s) of working experience- Strong experience working within the Microsoft Office product suite (Outlook, Word, etc.) - Experience in a fast-paced work environment - Ability to communicate and present effectively with internal management - High character, hard work ethic, eagerness to learn, and excitement to work in a collaborative and fun environment PRB
