Location-Chennai (Siruseri)Flexi to work from officeFlexi to work in Rotational shiftsImmediate Joiner/Lesser notice period candidates only requiredJob Responsibilities:1. Facility Management: Take charge of the general operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring that all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are in proper working condition.2. Operational Planning: Co-ordinate all the activities of a range of diverse administrative functions.3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently, and expenses are controlled.4. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of outsourced personnel (FM, security, technical, transportation, administrative and other support roles). Provide guidance, and motivation to the team to achieve set goals and objectives.5. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, implementing policies and procedures that prioritize the well-being of employees and visitors.6. Environmental Sustainability: Implement environmentally friendly practices within the facility to reduce the organization's carbon footprint and contribute to sustainability initiatives. knowledge on ISO14001/ISO 290001 etc.,7. Facility Maintenance: Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repair activities to prevent disruptions and ensure a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing facility.8. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, Vendor pre-qualification, ensuring they deliver quality services and products through defined KPIs/SLAs, Vendor performance, Billing and scrutiny, internal audit mgmt.9. Security and Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement security protocols and emergency preparedness plans to safeguard the facility and its occupants from potential threats.10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and codes that apply to the facility and always ensure compliance, with good expose to SEZ/STPI/EoU regulations. 11. Infrastructure Development, Space Planning and Utilization: Exposure to office fit-outs & retrofits works, Optimize the utilization of space within the facility, considering the needs of various departments and functions.12. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within facility operations and implement appropriate measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Job Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree relevant to the fieldExperience: 7 + years of experience in administration. Multitasking and capable of handling multiple profiles.Leadership Skills: Vendor management , delivering the tasks on time and regular feedback to the vendor on their performance.Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Office Application, Internet tools, mobility services and developing templates for feedback.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, vendors and other stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Should be capable of providing the solution without interruption in services.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously. Also the working hours will be in shifts. PRB
