Your job responsibilities will include:1. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement2. Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations3. Create and curate training material.4. Induct new and train existing salespeople into the process5. Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses6. Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion7. Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.8. Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.9. Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)10.
