Role Objective-Major role shall be relationship building, researching the market and related products along with presenting the product favorably and in a structure professional manner.Duties and Responsibilities-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customersActing as a contact between Marimbula and its existing and potential marketsCold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businessListening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sales. Also negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing salesNegotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers and challenging any objectives with a view to getting the customer to buyDemonstration of Marimbula products to make cocktails and mocktailsMenu development for customersCreate a basket selling strategy for sales teamApplication training of sales teamSkills Required-Excellent communication skillsBartendingMixologyDemonstration SkillsExcellent selling & negotiation skillsKey Interactions-Internal: Brand Ambassador, Sales Team, Culinary Chefs, Category TeamExternal: Bar managers, F&B managers, Bartenders, Beverage Leads, Restaurant ManagersRequired Qualification-Bachelor's in Hotel Management (mandatory)Certificate course in Mixology (can be add on benefit)WSET Any level (can be add on benefit)Experience-5 to 7 years in Mixology / Bartending @ Star Hotels, Clubs, Pubs etc.Preferably working on similar role in syrup / mixers based brands PRB
