If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, empower our team members to reach their full potential, and be a catalyst for change, then this is the role for you.Responsibilities:Guardian of Culture: Uphold and promote our company values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for the Hyderabad office, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring we attract top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and values.Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that provide new hires with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to hit the ground running and integrate seamlessly into our organization.Performance Management: Partner with managers to establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and facilitate performance reviews and goal-setting processes to drive employee development and growth.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs within the business unit, design and deliver relevant training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters as needed.HR Metrics and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics and trends within the business unit, leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.Qualifications:People Champion: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.Strategic Partner: Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and support organizational goals, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Talent Magnet: Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.Employee Advocate: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, earn trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Change Agent: Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset, capable of adapting to changing business needs and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and other HR technology solutions, with a knack for leveraging data and analytics to drive HR insights and decision-making.Benefits:Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications, ensuring your hard work is duly recognized and rewarded.Opportunity for Growth: EasyWebinar is a fast-growing company with ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
