Responsibilities:Understand brand sentiment , requirements , guidelines & TGOversee all digital marketing platforms & offline activitieStay informed about changes in social media algorithms ,adapting our strategy accordingly for optimal resultsStay updated on industry trends and competitors activities to ensure a competitive edgePlan & execute social media campaigns, contests and promotions to drive engagement and achieve marketing objectivesTracking online conversations, reviews & mentions related to the brand, explore influencers collaboration keeping the brand positioning in mind .Oversee moodboards that encapsulate the desired aesthetic, messaging, and emotions Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns Keep track of regular postings across all channels Monthly brand communication - Emails, WhatsApp, Newsletters Monthly reports - Analyze social media metrics to track performance Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Proven 3+experience as a Social Media Manager, agency experience preferred In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative campaigns Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms PRB
