Our client, a leading pharma company is looking to hire talented professionals.Position: Legal ManagerExperience: 5-11 yearsLocation: #Mumbai and #PuneKey Responsibilities:- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including Leave & License, supply, manufacturing, NDA's etc.- Possess a comprehensive understanding and working of general corporate, commercial, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations, including the Drugs & Cosmetic Act.- Provide legal support and advice on marketing business agreements, IPR, and litigation matters.Prior experience in the pharma and manufacturing industry is a prerequisite.Please share your resume to vaishnavi@vahura.com for a detailed discussion.
