The idealcandidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the furniture division, with astrong understanding of operations related to furniture hardware, wood, and sourcing.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth production processes.Oversee inventory management, and coordinate with the procurement team to place orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.Handle administrative functions related to factory operations, including dispatches.Act as a guide for sourcing new products and materials required for production.Work closely with the team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Availability to work 6 days a week to meet production demands.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).2 to 4 years of experience in the furniture division, with a focus on operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry operations.Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of factory operations and safety protocols.If you are passionate about operations we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Join us at AFS and be a part of a team dedicated to excellence in furniture manufacturing.
