CSM Technologies is looking for qualified candidates having relevant experience in IT Sales. The selected candidate will manage the entire sales in the respective territories, achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets, generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories.Experience: 10 -15 YearsQualification: MBA/ PGDMJob ProfileTo manage the software solution sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are metTo achieve the quarterly /annual sales targets & should have ability to deliver the result in competitive environment.To evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into new businessTo implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the businessTo work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targetsTo participate in pricing of the solution/service to present Best of the Solution to meet client needTo travel across locations for client visits.Identifying and generating new business opportunities as a hunter role. Maximizing the revenue for all offered software offerings across the industriesDeveloping strategies to acquire new logos in Government / Banking / Corporate Sector. Responsible for entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure for new business.Regular use of all sales CRM to effectively plan and measure sales activities.Candidate Profile1. Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Banking Sector & Government procurement processesShould have effective exposure to 'Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales', 'Software Sales' Should have proven track record of successful sales in the Government / Banks / Insurance / Payment Industry.Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C suite levelsSuccessful track record of bringing new logos by presenting value proposition through solutionsDiversity candidates are welcome to join our vibrant sales team.
