Close coordination with various cross functional teams in HO & regions (BM's & KAMs) End to end management of Distributor lifecycle including ROI & performance. Implement brand strategy, Localized initiatives to drive sales targets, market share. Close Coordination with the OEMs and ability to build good relationship.Ability to do competition analysis and drive brand wise strategy.P&L management - TL & BL focus OEM & Region wiseDesired Profile :Should have a good understanding & knowledge sales.Experience in Managing Laptop, Desktop & Workstation Product Category / Server / Storage / Accessories Product & SalesPreferred background experience: Core Laptop & Desktop Product sales / category management.
