This position will be responsible to develop and manage business across some specialized customers and to handle certain country wide opportunities.Responsibilities:Actively promote and develop our specialty chemical business with the existing and new customers. The target industry is Personal Care, Pharmaceutical and Fragrance Industry.Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.Obtain product approvals at customers in co-ordination with marketing.Design and establish business models to promote special products in different regions / customers.Conduct customer-specific concepts and strategies and align them with management.Apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data. Analyse market potential and opportunities to pursue market growth and deepen market penetration, e.g. attracting new customers, applications, and innovations.Negotiate and close deals with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation. Required Skills:Successful track record in personal care ingredient marketing in business development / sales roles.Qualification or experience in chemical or cosmetic technology.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Required Experience:This position requires a minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience necessarily from personal care PRB
