Minimum Requirements:Relevant qualification with 3 years practical experience or Grade 12 with 5 years relevant experience.Proficient in Afrikaans and English with extensive minute-taking and business writing skills.Dictaphone typing experience and strong organizational abilities.Driver's license and willingness to travel.Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.Intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs; Adobe Bookmark system experience preferred.Main Accountabilities, but not limited to:Provide secretariat support for meetings, including preparing minutes, agendas, and decision registers.Assist in trustee and director appointments and liaise with service providers for annual reports.Support governance activities such as reviewing and updating policies and maintaining interest registers.Assist in preparing agendas, rules, and voting protocols for congress meetings.Coordinate funding applications, maintain registers, and handle internal communications for projects and trusts.
