THIS IS A PART TIME CONTRACT ROLE- 20 hrs per weekPosition: Project Manager, Global Digital StorytellingDuration: 7-8 Months with potential to extend or convertLocation: Toronto, ONSchedule: Hybrid-1 day in office ( any day between Tues, Wed, Thurs)PAY RATE (FIXED)$65/HR IC $55/HR T4The Project Manager - Global Digital Storytelling will help AVP Global Program Management with enhancing our Digital Transformation and sharing results, by leading executive storytelling across our digital platforms, conveying impact on our customers and investors, as well as handling content across different reporting sources. This role requires strong organization skills, collaboration with various partners, and also ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Job Responsibilities:Provide support to AVP to collate the ongoing view of the program key successes, outcome tracking and any issues, risks and blockers requiring immediate action or interventionSupport the coordination and management of communications forum across segments including follow ups on additional information required from project managers/ product leads on global projects based on asks for global DCL leadership teamEngage with stakeholders from segments and global teams to collect and consolidate information from segment governance forums and status reporting meetings to publish to the global leadership teamProvide required support to ensure that Governance model is being executed in the most efficient manner and is updated/ refined on an ongoing basis based on learning from ongoing execution, and in adherence to the company's Outcome Delivery Framework where applicableWhat we are looking forExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with proven ability to engage with stakeholders in a large, multi-national enterprise contextBachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business or other relevant post-secondary education preferred.At least 2 years Project and Program delivery experience - preferably in the financial services, wealth management or insurance industryAbility to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement across the programExperience in Agile ways of working, with a strong outcome driven focusExcellent comprehension, analytical and decision-making skillsSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailHighly organized and ability to multi-taskProficiency in Microsoft Office and PM toolsRelevant certifications such as PMP will be a big plusExperience working on large scale digital transformation programs will be a big plus - preferably with a dynamic global teamThe Ask: Coordinating multiple internal communication related type of work. A lot of reporting, comms, and tasks within a very well-established process.Not Looking For The Standard PM:Not looking for someone with years of PM experience who will come in with PM theory, agile expert, managing scope, budget, and timelines, etc.Looking For someone who cancoordinate multiple things at once. Great communication skills. Someone can provide editing.Looking For someone who can tell the story and coordinate where to get the information from and who to distribute it. Not quite a PM—in the traditional sense—but very PM like. Someone who can juggle multiple projects.
