Senior D365 BC Consultant (Manufacturing) - Up to $140k base CAD + benefits/bonus - Small Microsoft Gold PartnerTom.Sharpless@Conspicuous.comWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join my clients growing team. This role requires a proactive and knowledgeable professional capable of managing the full lifecycle of Business Central implementations. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, develop and deliver custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration and effective user training.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and understand specific workflow needs.Design and deliver detailed analysis reports with conclusions and actionable recommendations.Manage the implementation, configuration, and upgrading of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-ons.Provide comprehensive training, support, and documentation to clients.Offer both onsite and offsite consulting services, actively resolving technical issues and optimizing business processes.Participate in product demonstrations during the sales cycle and contribute to the development of project proposals.Perform other related tasks as necessary to support the deployment of solutions in diverse client environments.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV implementations.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.Prior consulting experience in a similar environment is highly preferred.Strong background in modelling business processes and translating requirements into functional business applications.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level management.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of Microsoft technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence).Experience in Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management within Dynamics 365/NAV is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Flexible working conditions with remote options.Engaging company culture that supports innovation and collaboration. information services
