The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the Role:Position: ProducerLocation: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)Responsibilities:Support Engineering leads and facilitate engineering team meetings: daily standups, planning meetings, retrospectives etc.Motivate Engineering teams to predictably execute on time and at a high quality level on highest priority items.Manage dependencies and stakeholders from other parts of the game team.Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation.Proactive risk management and mitigation.Create, update, and present status and information to team and leadership team.Identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.Requirements:Experience working in central team servicing multiple stakeholders is desiredExperience working with game engines (e.g. Unreal, Unity, proprietary engines) and/or infrastructure teams (e.g. Builds, Tools, Automation, Systems, Rendering) is a plusExperience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.) is a plusSalary Range: CAD $80,000 - CAD $100,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: (medical insurance) (dental insurance) (vision insurance) (09-10 days/hours of paid time off)Want to change the world?
