CDAP is designed to assist small business owners with digital transformation and is part of a Government of Canada initiative profiled in the media recently by The Globe and Mail and the Prime Minister of Canada.We are looking for recent grads and post-secondary students across Ontario who are passionate about supporting small businesses overcome the challenges of digital transformation and succeed in the "new normal" of commerce. The Canada Digital Adoption team will be comprised of digital innovators, with the proven ability to build meaningful connections and lead through change.In this role, you'll receive training from corporate partners such as Facebook, Google, Lightspeed, Mastercard, Shopify, Square Online and more, equipping you to support small businesses with growing their business online. A combination of interactive modules, on-demand webinars and online courses over 35 hours of onboarding will prepare you, as an eCommerce Advisor, to provide:Consultations on eCommerce platform solutions1:1 support building and launching a customized online storeEducation on cybersecurity and readiness planningTraining on how to build a digital marketing planMandatories:MUST be fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal communication)MUST be a Canadian Citizen, permanent residentMUST be legally entitled to work in OntarioMUST have a valid Social Insurance NumberMust be available for all Days of Work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pmMUST be comfortable with the wage- $20.00 an hour paid as salary based on 40 hours a weekMUST be available for full Contract length: 29 Weeks from May 21, 2024 - December 6, 2024Qualifications:Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institutionBe a top tier communicator (written and verbal)Proven ability to create meaningful relationships through a variety of remote media and nurture those relationships over timePossess excellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated success in a client facing customer service, digital marketing or business strategy roleBe familiar with digital technologies for small business (e.g: web, social media, e-commerce)Must have access to a computer/laptopThe below would be considered a strong asset:Previous examples of success with eCommerce platformsExperience with online and offline marketingThe below would be considered a strong asset: • Previous examples of success with eCommerce platforms• Experience with online and offline marketingHow to Apply:1st step: To Apply: Please send resumes to Cassianne.DarlingDeClou@mosaic.com2nd step: Eligible applicants will receive an email link requesting them to complete a video interview.
