What are we looking for?BetterSleep is seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience and passion for building successful consumer products.As part of the Growth team, you will own the product strategy and execution pertaining to subscription types and different pricing models. This is a high impact role, requiring analytical thinking and strong communication skills. To be successful in this role, you must deeply understand the impact of your roadmap on overall business outcomes, as well as demonstrate a strong product sense; thinking creatively, offering out of the box solutions.  You have to be experienced and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Your mission is to make BetterSleep accessible to all users while balancing and  maximizing business outcomes. Responsibilities  Product Roadmap and Execution: Develop and execute a product roadmap for pricing strategies that drives user acquisition and conversion while ensuring accessibility for all users.  Data-Informed Decision Making: Establish and track KPIs, analyze user behavior behind subscription conversion and retention, and combine user feedback and data insights to inform product decisions Experimentation: Execute A/B tests to determine which monetization strategy (how much you charge, when you charge, how you charge, how it impacts other geos/currencies, etc.) drives the most user and business value  Monetization Strategy: Constantly innovate on subscription models based on market and user needs. You will be working closely with the user acquisition team to align on strategic priorities. Deeply understand the relationship between pricing and key performance metrics like RPU and ROAS.   Innovation and Education: Drive understanding across BetterSleep of how user psychology works and what motivates them to sign up. Innovate to offer unique offerings based on user preferences- contextually relevant offers at the right time.  Thought Leadership: Frame and lead discussions with key business and technical stakeholders to assess opportunities, make data-informed recommendations, and build alignment ahead of important investment decisions Collaboration: Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and other partner teams to create content experiences that are meaningful and delightful to consumers Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular audience and market analysis to maintain a competitive understanding of industry trends Bachelor or Master degree combined with 6-8 years of experience in a product role at a B2C company with a track record of success in owning the whole product lifecycle Growth and experiment-driven mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results; Experience running and analyzing A/B tests with a proven ability to execute and deliver results on a quick cadence while not sacrificing on product quality Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment Super analytical: proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes High EQ: you come with an informed POV but are open to changing your mind based on new information and business/team needs Technical: Strong understanding of how applications are built, and ability to participate in technical decisions Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, able to work independently Bonus points if you have pricing experience in a subscription based company Competitive salary & compensation; Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage; Retirement plan with employer matching contribution; Ridiculous perks program; Office in the heart of downtown Montreal, a three-minute walk from the Central Station; 50% discount on public transport and monthly meal allowance (Uber eats); Free access to Tele-health & BetterHelp services; Any hardware/software that will make you productive and successful; Awesome people to work with; Nothing to slow you down; Helping people live a better life, every day. //L'opportunitéNous sommes les créateurs de BetterSleep: l'application qui a aidé plus de 65 millions de personnes partout dans le monde à mieux dormir et à se sentir mieux.
