Machine Learning Engineer

The Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the machine learning algorithms as well as experience with cloud computing and big data platforms. As a key member of their research and development team you will be responsible for designing implementing and deploying machine learning models that drive realworld impact. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects spanning natural language processing computer vision and other domains collaborating with crossfunctional teams to solve complex challenges. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
• Work with data scientists and engineers to identify and prepare data for modeling
• Select and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms
• Train and evaluate machine learning models
• Monitor and maintain machine learning models
• Communicate results to stakeholders
• Keep up with the latest developments in machine learning
• Develop and deploy stateoftheart deep learning models for various applications with a focus on natural language processing.
• Collaborate with researchers engineers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable machinelearning solutions.
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models using Python PyTorch TensorFlow and Scikit Learn.
• Conduct experiments analyze results and iterate on models to improve performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in deep learning research and incorporate relevant techniques into our projects.
• Participate in code reviews provide constructive feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
• 3 years of experience with Machine Learning
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying deep learning models with a strong understanding of neural networks and their architectures.
• Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with relevant libraries such as PyTorch TensorFlow Scikit Learn and Keras.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with machine learning best practices including data preprocessing feature engineering model evaluation and deployment.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate effectively technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
