We believe in creating highperforming teams that can exceed our client s expectations withregards to quality of all scalable and business unit deliverables,staying under budget and ensuring timelines for our deliverablesare beingmet.Description:Title:Specialist Sales TrainingEMEAPOSITIONSUMMARYProvidesadministrative support to the EMEA Sales Training function andassists with the implementation of sales trainingprojects.Coordinatesthe development, maintenance, implementation and follow up of salestraining programs, assets, and digital platforms.Coordinatesworkflows and copy clearance processes through thedepartment.Adheresto environmental policy, procedures, and supports departmentenvironmentalobjectives.ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS /RESPONSIBILITIES:Mainareas ofresponsibility:Providesadministrative support, troubleshooting, and sales training programcoordination.Maintainsthe sales training calendar and arranges meetings and appointments.Communicatestraining information to both individuals and local salesorganizations.Organizesand expedites flow of work through supervisor and providesfollow-up to ensure projects and activities are completed asrequired.Assistsin the design and development of sales training materials, byproviding support in content and training materials creation, MLR(medical, legal, regulatory) approval, and datamanagement.Gathersand analyses training data and keeping training records followingcompany policies andguidelines.Servesas contact point for communication from other departments andvendors.Assistsin organising and follow up on sales training programs and preparestraining materials andfacilities.Usesand maintains electronic or web-based training portals, assessmentand learning reinforcementtools.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONSMinimumeducation required for competentperformance:Bacheloror university degree orequivalent.Atleast 2 years working experience, ideally in a medical/healthcareenvironment.Highlevel of customer service mindset.Strongorganisation skills, particularly critical when having to manageperiods of peak workloads and tightdeadlines.Abilityto comfortably communicate and engage a wide range of both internaland externalstakeholders.Projectmanagementexperience.Successfultrack record in the organisation and support of training eventsincl. vendornegotiation.Digitalproficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)and ideally web based training and LMSplatforms.SUPERVISION/AUTHORITYIndicatebelow by placing an X next to the level of responsibility, if any,for directing the work production of others.Thislevel of responsibility must be a reflection of the job itself, notthe specific incumbent (selectone).XA.Give no supervision toothers.B.Have lead responsibilities for one or moreemployees.C.Responsible for workflow production, training of new employees oncovered jobs, answering job-related questions in one or moreareas.D.In addition to "C", assist in reporting onperformance, recommending advancements, implementing new or changedprocedures.
