A Barista will be responsible for engagingour guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders andensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards: • Receive orders and servecustomer requests completely in a timely manner • Createand serve a range of beverages including hot and cold coffee, freshjuice etc. • Take food orders and assist the floor teamwith deliveries as required • Understand menu content, anymenu changes, and promotional activities • Keep yourservice area clean, tidy, and well-prepared • Efficientlymanage the proper settlement of all customer accounts •Answer guest queries in a polite and helpfulmanner
