Job responsibilities

  • Handle and maintain AR/AP functions, such as validating invoices, preparing payment vouchers and reconciling statement of accounts with vendors
  • Assist in month-end closing schedules and reporting, bank account reconciliations
  • Handle cash in advance and returns
  • Maintain systematic filing and record systems related to accounts payable and payments, and fixed assets for monitoring depreciation
  • Assist the procurement team in handling and reviewing daily purchase requisitions conducive to school operations and internal compliance
  • Provide good customer service and prompt response to enquiries from stakeholders
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of working experience in general accounting and payable functions
  • Candidates with experience handling full-set of accounts will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in accounting systems
  • Well-organized, attention to details
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office & English word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
  • Fresh graduates with passion in bank industry are welcome
