- Participate in application and solution design sessions
- Analyze user requirements and convert them into design documents
- Communicate technical issues to business users effectively
- Execute continuous service and process improvement plans
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and reports
- Design and develop applications according to project requirements
- Maintain software databases and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with production support team for issue analysis and code review
- Incorporate user feedback to enhance software performance
- Collaborate with architects to derive technical solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 9 years of software development experience, preferably in core banking
- Proficient in service management and production support
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Technical expertise in .NET and MS-SQL
