CAA Saskatchewan is looking for a dedicated Regional Insurance Manager to oversee our Southern Saskatchewan offices.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a CAA Insurance Agency Regional Insurance Manager - South Saskatchewan. The Regional Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing a team, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and overseeing insurance operations in the Southern Saskatchewan region (Swift Current, Estevan, Weyburn, Moose Jaw, Regina, etc.).Key Responsibilities Lead regional teams by providing regular coaching, training, and guidance during visits to various branches.Handle insurance inquiries promptly and effectively.Provide exceptional customer service to CAA Members and customers, supporting Brokers and other CAA staff as needed.Contribute to the retention of our existing book of business.QualificationsPossess CAIB or CIP designations.Proficient in data entry.Previous experience in habitational insurance is essential.Demonstrate superior organizational and administrative abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including tact, diplomacy, empathy, and discretion.Familiarity with MS Office and proficiency in computer skills, including Applied EPIC.Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.25 hours per day.CAA Saskatchewan offers a comprehensive Health and Benefits Plan, along with competitive salaries, to ensure our team's well-being and success.Join us in shaping the future of insurance excellence!
