Field Data Capture Project Manager

Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Data Capture (FDC) Project Manager for a contract opportunity with a reputable integrated oil and natural gas company in Calgary, AB. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assessing FDC software and executing technical debt reduction opportunities, ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects. We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of managing intricate software integrations and effectively handling interdependencies between competing corporate initiatives.Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1-day WFH)Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PMJob type: Full-time | 9-month Contract Duties and Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support the business goals in collaboration with clients, teams and stakeholdersPlan and schedule project timelines, workflow and milestones using the Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO) Delivery Execution Framework, tools and processesTrack project milestones and deliverables, ensuring corrective action is taken when necessary, to improve project performanceUtilize the CPMO Delivery Execution Framework, standards and processes throughout entire project executionPartner with the Lead, Delivery and Resources CPMO to identify and secure the resources required to execute the project successfullyIdentify possible skill gaps within the team and implement ways for performance improvements, partnering with the Senior Manager, Delivery CPMO where appropriatePartner with the Manager, Corporate Change Management to design and implement the appropriate OCM/Business Readiness strategy/plan for the projectEnsure projects are being delivered on time, within scope and within budgetManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesOversee the day-to-day activities of project team direct and indirect reports to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately, on time and to the required quality assurance standardsLiaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis through formal and informal channelsIdentify, document, track and communicate project risks/issues, and assist in the resolution or mitigationPerform effective risk management to resolve issues/conflicts that may arise within the project team levelsTrack project performance, to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Requirements and Qualifications: 10+ years of demonstrated working experience as a Senior Project Manager5+ years of experience in application of Project Delivery methodology in the deliverable of projects per phase.Experience in Field Data Capture (FDC) initiative, assessing FDC software, and executing technical debt reduction opportunitiesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working on and/or leading projects with strong consulting skillsCoaching, mentoring, and training skillsStrong organization, critical thinking, and outstanding communication skillsMust be legally eligible to work and reside in CanadaDon't miss out on this FDC Project Manager job opportunity in Calgary, AB.
