Join us in our quest to disrupt the industry and make hosting a breeze!The role:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Revenue Management. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and optimising pricing strategies. You will lead on the strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimise property performance and achieve revenue targets. Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to identify revenue opportunities and inform pricing decisions. Utilise data analytics and revenue management tools to assess pricing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations. Establish and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track revenue performance and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue management and incorporate them into the company's strategies and processes. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.  Exceptional commercial acumen  Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in revenue management software and tools Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
