Duties & Responsibilities Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:LLB Degree. Admission as an attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience)Conveyancing experience advantageous.Candidates must be resident in Cape Town.Job requirements, but not limited to: Drafting legal documents.Registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks.Liaising with clients and intermediaries like attorneys, auditors / insurance brokers in the process of implementing business loans.Scrutinizing agreements and other legal documents and structuring loan term sheets.General legal advice and guidance, including research topics where applicable.
