It operates through the following segments:Upstream Downstream and Corporate. The Upstream segment includescrude oil natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration fielddevelopment and production. The Downstream segment focuses onrefining logistics power generation and the marketing of crude oilpetroleum and petrochemical products and related services tointernational and domestic customers. The Corporate segment offerssupporting services including human resources finance andinformation technology. The company was founded on May 29 1933 andis headquartered in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.Job Summary We arecurrently looking for a Process Engineer with expertise in NGLFractionation to join our department. This department isresponsible for fractionating and treating Natural Gas Liquids(NGL) to provide Ethane Propane and Butane products to our localPetrochemical industry. Additionally Juaymah has the capability toexport Refrigerated Propane and Butane through exportfacilities. As a Process Engineer in thisdepartment your main role will involve providing vital support toplant operations. This includes analyzing and troubleshootingprocess parameters to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Youwill also be responsible for conducting management of changeactivities and driving process improvement studies. Your expertisewill play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrityand optimizing the performance of our NGL Fractionationfacilities.Responsibilities: Perform indepth plant monitoring and optimizethe performance of assigned units by overseeing unit operation andidentifying economic losses. Issue detailedreports with recommendations supported by simulation models tooptimize unit operation. Lead unit operationstroubleshooting and investigate offspec products and planttrips/upsets managing required deliverables.Support Operations during turnarounds and unplannedshutdowns/startups by understanding unit operating conditions andrecommending operational improvements. Performspecific tasks including catalyst/desiccant forecast/evaluationtest runs debottlenecking studies duediligence assessmentsenhancement studies and HAZOP studies. Assumethe Lead Role in process safety management overseeing HAZOP PSR SILPSSR RA and Alarm Rationalization. Lead HAZOP/Process SafetyReviews of plant operations and new modifications. Stay informedabout technology developments in Isomerization process plants andevaluate and approve technology developments for CentralEngineering while facilitating field deployment.Propose and manage major projects to improve safetyreliability and profitability. Prepare design requests budgetjustifications and detailed implementation plans for economicallyjustifiable projects. Develop detailed engineering design packagesfor inhouse processoriented projects and follow up onimplementation. Conduct process simulationusing Aspen software package. Liaise withvendors and technology licensors for process enhancements andchanges. Requirements: This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia. Bachelors degree inChemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. Anadvanced degree is preferred. 15 years oftotal NGL/LPG process units experience including processengineering and operations with at least 10 years experience inhandling gas processing and NGL Fractionation.Exposure to different licensor technologies for gasprocessing and NGL Fractionation is a plus.Certified PHA/HAZOP leader.Familiarity with Honeywell UOP and Shell licensed unitsis preferred. natural,gas,fraction,NGL,LPG,HAZOP,PHA
