What will I be doing: AsSenior Sales Manager, you will analyse local market trends andcompetitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel aleader in the marketplace through the development of future andrepeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards: Analysislocal market trends and competitor activity to identify businessleads Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area todrive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increasemarket/customer share in all revenue streams Negotiate roomrates/packages with corporate clients Develop and implementcreative local marketing channels, including social media channelsPrepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with currentbusiness and pricing conditions Work within current businessstrategies and recognising potential opportunities Cooperate withother departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guestexperience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs AttendSales events, as required
