The Jr.Sous chef /Chef de partie(Garde Manger) will be responsible for managing the Garde Manger section in the kitchen and ensuring that all orders are executed correctly. The Jr.Sous chef /Chef de partie(Garde Manger) will also be responsible for their section to follow HACCP standards.Qualifications2+ years of experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurantExperience and knowledge of HACCP standards and proceduresExperience with international cuisine and menu planningExcellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentCulinary degree or equivalentWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
