Checks and reviews materialdelivery receipts against actual deliveries and raises discrepancyreports if applicableMonitors daily inventoryof consumables items and prepares the necessary requisitiondocuments on scheduleMonitor daily rentalitems for return to vendor after use.Checkscargo manifest and ensures that all incoming and outgoing materialequipment s have proper documentation.Arrange& Monitor booking manifest, prepare all the manifest withattachment in envelop to be submitted toABO.Arrange & Monitor Darwinic system,Backload, Waste Skips, shipment &Delivery.Monitor cargo on flight, assign lifeboat and bed, transfer inter field(person-boat)Monitor & arrangereservation / change booking of chopper.UpdateDaily Rentals for dispatched items.Prepareweekly reports.
