Responsibilities: - Actas the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries,concerns, or requests in a professional and timely manner - Developand maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure theirsatisfaction and loyalty - Assist with client onboarding andprovide ongoing support throughout their experience - Collaboratewith internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues areresolved efficiently - Keep detailed records of client interactionsand provide regular updates to management Requirements: - Minimumof 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strongproblem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Abilityto work independently and manage time effectively - Adaptabilityand willingness to learn new skills - Persuasion skills toeffectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholdersPersonality Traits: - Dedicated - Energetic Soft Skills: -Adaptability - Persuasion Benefits: - Profit sharing - Training& professional development opportunities - Life insurancecoverage Working Environment: At Qatar Museums, we strive tocultivate leaders who foster inclusivity and mentorship.
