This role encompasses the observation, analysis, and improvement of current operations to elevate the overall quality and profitability within the specified domain. Additionally, it entails the establishment and promotion of accelerators, along with proactive management of tasks to ensure preparedness for future demands and the maintenance of a robust pipeline.Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities: Improve current operations to enhance overall quality and profitability within the designated domain. Utilize performance data to establish benchmarks and goals for the domain. Create transparent lines of communication among specialized consultants within the domain. Establish and promote accelerators. Proactive managing tasks to ensure readiness for future demands and to maintain a strong pipeline. Interpret partner roadmaps and identify synergies between partners and the specific domain. Analyze and align with market trends relevant to the domain. Cultivate customer relationships to gather insights and enhance services. Assist with major incident resolution and problem management within the designated domain Facilitate Chapter meetings and drive collaboration across domains.
