Job Description:We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to join our dynamic team at Abacus Brands, and Backdrop.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping out, planning, and executing an effective social media strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and goals. Your ability to not only devise creative strategies, but also to work with our in-house creative team to shoot and create content will amplify our consumer facing brands.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with our in-house designers, content creators, and creative team to develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy.Coordinate with the creative team to ensure a consistent and compelling visual and textual narrative across all social media platforms.Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging, original content that reflects our brand's voice and message.Regularly liaise with designers and content creators to brainstorm innovative ideas and stay ahead of social media trends.Manage and monitor social media channels, engaging with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner.Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.Ensure brand consistency in messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.Stay updated with social media trends and tools for effective execution of strategies.Qualifications:Marketing, Communications, or a related field experienceGraduate or bachelor program a plusProven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.Excellent communication and collaborative skills.Ability to think creatively and innovatively.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with graphic design principles is a plus.Benefits & Perks:We truly feel that happy employees make the best employees!
