We work across the automation pyramid from sensor to just below the ERP level. As an infrastructure design house we also work closely with our BIM (Building information teams) to link the static 3D data and asset metadata with dynamic real-time data. We aim to create industrial data nervous systems and digital representations that empowers our clients to automate, make better decisions and innovate. We manage the C&I project lifecycle (working with contractors) as well as implement strategic software and data related projects. We serve many different markets, but currently our main markets are water, renewable energy and mining.Role responsibilitiesDesign and implementation of control and instrumentation for industrial plants and infrastructure which may include:Industrial data and network architectureInstrumentation selectionPLC, SCADA and HMI softwareHistorian and timeseries databasesData warehousingReportingResponsibilities during the full C&I project lifecycle which may include:Feasibility and concept designDetail DesignReview and verification of designsSpecification and Tender DocumentsManaging and quality assurance of C&I contractorsManaging and quality assurance of PLC/SCADA and HMI developmentAnd/or implementation of PLC, SCADA and HMI developmentTesting and commissioningBSc/MSc, or BEng/MEng in Electrical/Mechatronic/Computer Electrical or Electronic EngineeringMinimum of 5 or more years' experience as a C&I engineer and or system integrator.Beneficial experience10 years' experienceECSA RegisteredIndustrial software (PLC, SCADA, Historian) development experience such asData engineering and data warehousingDigital twin implementationMQTT experiencePythonSQLUnityPowerBI, SupersetAzure and AWS solutions architectWe believe that a diverse workforce is a key to our business success.
