Roles & Responsibilities Based on Sales Forecasts, plan total inventories, production, finished goods, Warehousing and transit inventories to ensure optimization and efficiencies in Working capital deployed. To ensure that the Inventory Plan adequately reflects SKU level production and corresponding SKU-wise Service Level in the market. To ensure proper material accounting between purchase receipts, warehouse, production and finished goods, including the invoicing operation. Ensure null variance between book stock and physical stock. Review and control the warehouse cost in line with the budgets Consistently deliver on Manpower efficiency improvement plan Prepare the necessary claims and reports in case of products discrepancy (damages/shortages). Monitor stock level and arrange for timely replenishment with the help of Inventory Management System. To support production and customer service teams to meet business targets. To ensure proper implementation of SOP’s and prepare strategies with regards to Warehouse Operations including WMS, MHE & Capacity. To ensure safe & healthy work environment. Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values. KPIs Storage cost per ton Cycle Count Coverage and Accuracy Inventory Obsolescence Stock Freshness monitoring Monitoring of slow moving and nonmoving stocks OTIF Work experience requirement 6 to 8 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry. Qualification Bachelors: Any Stream, preferable BBA Masters: MBA Operations Competencies Vendor Management Negotiating Skills Procurement Material and Vendor Management Global Markets and Commodities Business Trends Contract & Vendor management Communicating effectively Self and Team Management Planning & Decision Making Customer Centricity Ownership & Result Orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr
