Job Description Working closely with our Content Team, as well as our program management, marketing, sales, production, design, operations, and expert network teams, you will be focused on 4 core pillars of our success: Revenue: Hit or exceed revenue goals for our business, mindful of balancing short-term and long-term revenue activities Content Quality: Drive consistent delivery of expertise-driven, high-performing, differentiated content for our brand clients People: Raise an engaged, client-centric team of consultative, journalistic content strategists; drive a people-centered culture of accountability, empathy, and inclusiveness Process: Evolve processes to be agile, client-centric, scalable, and efficient Key Responsibilities We’re looking for someone who wants to win for clients and for our business, works exceptionally well with people at all levels, and has a strong ability to zoom out (at the larger picture) and zoom in (to get into the nitty-gritty of the work). Above all, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about building the best B2B content studio in the world and is willing to put in the work to do it. Deliver client success by overseeing the quality, delivery, and performance of content marketing programs across our client book of business at the enterprise and campaign level Work directly with the sales team to develop our products/pricing, scope programs, and help with pitching in new clients Manage the content team, ensuring their teams are excelling at developing differentiated, expertise-driven content Cultivate a thriving culture that values performance, collaboration, client service, and risk-taking Work in partnership across the team to build a thriving expert network of industry experts Develop and maintain content quality standards, working across the team to stay at the forefront of what makes effective, compelling content marketing Evolve team processes to help us achieve our client and business objectives Jump in to help solve complex client and organizational challenges Represent Cityscape at key client meetings Foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging Qualifications Educated to degree level or equivalent Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience 8+ years in content marketing with strong management, editorial, and client service experience (years less important than demonstrated experience) Track record of driving client, revenue, and team growth Work with key stake holders such as Ministries and Governments Exceptional editing, ideation, and content strategy skill set and the ability to teach these skills to others Strong business, process development, and people management acumen Demonstrated ability to grow individual contributors from both a skill set and career standpoint Strong track record of building a creative, engaged culture that celebrates performance and individuality Skilled problem solver - demonstrated ability to zoom out (to drive larger strategic initiatives) and zoom in (get involved in client work) Deep knowledge of the property & real estate Industry Dive client engagement model for enterprise and campaign clients Demonstrated ability to balance priorities across different client cohorts (for example - enterprise & campaign level clients) Who You Are: You believe B2B content marketing can bring a ton of value to audiences and clients You have exacting standards on content quality and believe in its pursuit on a daily basis You are competitive but enjoy winning through teamwork more than winning as an individual You appreciate getting and giving transparency at every level You believe that a leader should jump into the work when needed You are an effective and speedy communicator (with clients and internal teams) You have a knack for distilling problems and coming up with pragmatic solutions You enjoy helping other teams & jumping into projects outside of your direct “lane” You fiercely advocate for what you believe in, but are willing to disagree and commit when needed You value agility over process, and believe processes exist to serve our goals not for their own sake You assume positive intent, and address challenges that come up in a direct and respectful way You love seeing clients succeed and enjoy being their biggest advocate internally and externally You care a lot about your team members succeeding in their careers & in their lives You are a naturally curious person who believes in lifelong learning and skill development TAHALUF - Content Director - CSG, GHE & Cosmoprof King Abdulaziz Road, Al Ghadir District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia * Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
