Location:-Qatar Minimum Experience: Must haverecruiting experience for offshore fleet. experience in aHR/Coordinator /Marine Administrator role in a marine company. Jobresponsibility • To actively recruit crews from theinternational marketplace to meet crewing requirements for allcontracts via agencies, job boards, internet and other means.• Conduct one on one interview in English with candidatesfrom all countries to ascertain technical knowledge and suitabilityof the applicant. • Selection of training providers andtransport of personnel to training providers to meet mandatory oil& gas marine requirements prior tomobilization.
