Summary of Role Check all M & E plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation. Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules. Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program. Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme. Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver within a timely manner, and service to meet client's requirement. Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist the Site Manager to plan, monitor and supervise all daily M&E works at site are following master schedule and ensure in accordance with contract specifications, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations.
• Responsible for overall coordination with M&E contractors for the timely submission of all samples of materials and drawings of all M&E works to consultants for approval
• To prepare M&E checklist for daily supervision
• To attend all M&E coordination meetings with contractors and consultants
• To lead M&E subcontractor progress meeting
• To liaise with M&E contractors and consultant’s COW for inspection work on all M&E works
• To maintain good housekeeping and compliance with all safety practices / code of practice and safety requirements at site for all M&E works activities
• To ensure all inspection and testing works for all M&E works, are carried out as per approved Inspection and test plans
• Attend and coordinate all M&E matters with relevant Authorities
• To conduct periodical site inspection and to do progress evaluation on M&E contractor progress payment
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (electrical / mechanical) or any relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 years and above of working experience in construction, infrastructure work or related field
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Knowledge in CAD (Autocad) & Engineering Design software is advantageous.
• Initiative, independent and responsible to work with minimal supervision.
• Registered and Certified under BEM
• Detail oriented and excellent organization skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
